Joel and I went to lunch in downtown Boise at Pho Nouveau. I ordered the chicken curry. It was very yummy. Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Scallions, and Chicken in a Coconut Milk Sauce with Yellow Curry. They serve it with bread, but I got Jasmine Rice instead. They serve it with a little bowl that has salt, red pepper flakes, and a lime that you squeeze on the salt. You're supposed to dip the chicken in the lime/salt concoction. It was like a party in your mouth! :) A very enjoyable lunch. Joel got the Chicken and Spring Roll Noodle bowl. Very fresh and light.
